Case Studies
The YMCA of Metro Denver was in critical need of fundraising leadership during a period of executive transition. Over the course of what ultimately became an 18-month engagement, RevUp’s Cheryl Precious was retained by three separate CEOs as Interim Chief Development Officer to help the organization organize and stabilize its fundraising infrastructure.
Facing the dual challenge of securing transformational funding and strengthening their development capacity, Our Minds Matter engaged RevUp to help them scale their growth. Read on about how we provided both interim leadership and strategic fundraising expertise to build donor relationships, streamline operations, and ensure continuity during a leadership transition to position OMM for long-term growth and sustainability.
Warren Village needed to grow revenue by 60% in three years, but their Development team was overextended and struggling to scale. RevUp conducted a deep assessment, delivered key recommendations, and guided implementation—helping streamline operations, launch strategic philanthropy efforts, and engage leadership. The result: a stronger, more efficient development engine positioned for sustainable growth.
