RevUp is owned and operated by husband and wife duo Brian and Cheryl Precious, with lots of help from a trusted network of expert partners.

Meet Brian

Brian is an experienced marketing strategist and consultant with over 20 years of professional experience. He enjoys working with organizations to develop and execute strategies which lead to profitable growth, enhanced brand recognition and increased customer satisfaction.

He’s often asked to deliver out-of-the-box solutions to difficult organizational challenges. While he has over 100 successful consulting projects under his belt, Brian develops custom solutions for every client he works with.

Brian is known for creativity, excellence in project management, superlative communication and for thinking like a business owner, not a consultant.

Meet Cheryl

Cheryl brings two decades of experience in nonprofit fundraising and marketing, with fourteen years in development leadership. She has worked with more than a dozen organizations of every size, from small hyper-local nonprofits to major national enterprises.

Cheryl’s work in the nonprofit sector has translated seamlessly into her joint venture with Brian, where she supports content strategy and creation, email marketing, and leads RevUp’s nonprofit portfolio.

Cheryl and Brian live outside Denver, Colorado with their two sons and a senior Goldendoodle (who is really the first kid). Both love running, the outdoors, and exploring their beautiful state.

Bio: Paula has been in the web design and development industry since 2006. With 17+ years of experience, she is skilled in SEO, HTML, project management, and quality assurance. Paula is empathetic to her clients and teammates, and she is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that everyone understands each other. She has a keen eye for detail and quality, and she is always striving to create high-quality work. When she’s not working, Paula enjoys spending time as a hobbyist, explorer, and foodie. She is always looking for new experiences and learning opportunities.

Bio: With over 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, Shae helps clients in the aviation, banking and SaaS industries. Her critical eye and attention to detail ensure analytics, automation, content and data hygiene projects are executed and implemented to expectation. When she’s not building workflows, she’s leading the Organizing Team for a citywide Startup Week event in her hometown of Wichita.

Bio: In her role as a Video Producer and Editor, Lisa has the unique ability to bring her clients’ narratives to life. Together with her husband, three kids, and dogs, Lisa lives in the foothills of Denver, embracing the outdoors and living everyday like it’s a vacation day.

Bio: For over two decades Matt has worked with brands, organizations and thought leaders to create compelling stories that enhance their global reputations and connect them with the audiences that they need to influence, persuade and convert. He has a strong background in public relations strategy and execution, corporate and product messaging as well as content marketing. Matt’s current and previous clients include members of the Fortune 500, disruptive start-ups and major international organizations. Away from his keyboard, Matt can often be found reading actual newspapers and rooting for his hometown Celtics, Bruins, Red Sox and the infamous New England Patriots.

Bio: Christina Johnson brings over 15 years of experience in a variety of sectors, including nonprofit organizations, philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, community engagement, and marketing. She is passionate about using the power of human connections to drive action and results. Christina speaks Spanish and French. In her free time, you’ll find her volunteering as a climate activist, making in the pottery studio, and skiing the Rocky Mountains with her husband and 2 sons.

Bio: For Delane, designing logos in the fifth grade for a Matchbox car city, which he and his brother built, started his passion for creative communications. After receiving an advertising degree from Texas Tech University, he has been focused on creating clear and concise design and writing for businesses and nonprofits. Delane enjoys helping organizations tell their story through creative print and digital means. His work has spanned printed marketing, advertising, websites, email, social media, presentations, events, and media relations.


Meet Rick

Rick Krein serves as an advisor to RevUp Growth Partners, advising Brian and Cheryl on growth strategy, financial planning and in the creation of operational efficiencies as the company scales. Over the course of his 40+ year career, Rick has served in many executive roles, with responsibilities including sales, marketing, finance, engineering, manufacturing, quality, R&D and human resources. From 2005-2009, Rick and Brian worked together at a startup technology company.

During that time, Rick and Brian were successful in securing venture funding, signing industry partnerships and building the marketing and operations teams. Rick earned his

B.S. in Engineering at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and his M.B.A. at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
